        In 2008, Tiffany Tl'Zani founded her Company on the personal values that guided her life wisdom, knowledge, gratitude, integrity, honesty and an unwavering belief in the Golden Rule and in the power of changing lives one head at a time. Today, these values remain at the heart of everything we do, including our passion for providing customized service, creating products that can magnify a woman’s sincere beauty inside and out.

- I am motivated to help others to not just start a business but be a part of our legacy. It’s all about empowering individuals to exemplify their own ultimate self discovery. I believe that when you do what you love you will never work a day in your life, especially when your ultimately really great at it. In our industry individuals typically have a passion for hair!
